All seventh graders and students new to Harding were in an exam orientation session on Thursday, December 3. They received hard copies of the Exam Orientation Guide, and Mrs. Copeland walked the students through the process.
Students with outstanding obligations will not be permitted to take their examinations until the obligations are cleared. Examples of outstanding obligations include past due accounts, overdue library books, lost textbooks, fines, fees, unreturned athletic or performance uniforms, and detention time.

This is the letter I sent to all parents before Thanksgiving. Please remember that girls have until after Christmas (first day of classes: Jan. 5, 2016) to make sure their skirts comply with the dress code (no shorter than two inches above the kneecap, which can be measured with a credit card). Thanks to parents and students for your help and cooperation. On Friday, December 11, we have a Christmas Sing-Along. And on this day, students are invited to wear Christmas sweaters, sweatshirts, and shirts. If students do not have Christmas sweaters, they may wear solid red or solid green shirts or sweaters. With the Christmas attire, students may wear jeans in good repair and non-uniform shoes. Shirts do not have to be tucked in. Students may not wear shorts, leggings, yoga pants, sweatpants, pajama pants, and the like. If students do not have jeans or don't want to wear jeans, they may wear uniform bottoms. This is not a costume day. Students should not dress like Santa, the Grinch, or any of their friends. We expect students to look like normal people wearing Christmas shirts or sweaters. During the Sing-Along assembly, students may wear Santa hats, reindeer antlers, Rudolph noses, elf ears, jingle bells, and the like. They are for the assembly only. Harding fifth and sixth graders will be our guests for the Sing-Along.
